Shipping Policy

Every Berry Bosom piece is quality-checked and hand-packed at our atelier in Lahore before it ships.

Where we ship

United States, United Kingdom, Europe, United Arab Emirates and Pakistan etc.

Delivery time

• Tracked & insured international: 7–14 business days from your order.
• Express (DHL): usually 3–7 business days from your order.
• Pakistan: delivered by our local courier; timing depends on your city.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Insurance

Every parcel is insured at no extra cost. If it is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund you.

Shipping cost

• International: calculated at checkout from your order's weight and destination.
• Pakistan: free on orders over Rs 15,000; Rs 200 below that.

Customs, duties & taxes

Import duties or taxes are set by your country and are paid by the customer on delivery. They are not included in our prices or shipping.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the customer pays the cost of reshipping.
